We take pride that over seventy five percent of our customers are return or referrals. Our sales staff really knows cars, and they listen. We’ll find you the right car either from our current inventory or through our connections.

Lulay’s believes in community involvement with organizations as SEDCOR, HBA, OIADA, Salem Rotary, Salem Chamber of Commerce, Habitat for Humanity, Women’s Crisis Center, Boys & Girls Club, and Salem Keizer School District.
Some of our accomplishments include Capitol Region Quality of the Year Awards and State of Oregon Quality Dealer of the Year Award. Most recently, I am honored to have been awarded the "Oregon's Ethics In Business" Award."
GENERAL MANAGER
I have been here since the beginning (I opened the store with Don). So it goes without saying I am proud to be a part of Lulay's. I know it sounds cliché but the relationships that we build here are what make the difference. We have a relaxed low-key approach. We want our customers to feel they can look around and ask questions without pressure.
I enjoy raising my son Levi with my wife Becky, coaching youth sports, and staying fit – weightlifting, cycling and chasing after Levi.
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Working at Lulay’s Car Connection is like working with a family. Everyone takes care of each other here and I believe that extends to our customers as well. The team of individuals who work here, work hard to make it feel comfortable and low pressure when you come in. Buying from Lulay’s Car Connection doesn’t just stop after you purchase a vehicle, you are part of the Lulay family. And that’s what we like to call “The Lulay Difference.”
I live locally here in Salem and enjoy spending time with my family and friends, hiking, and going to concerts.
SALES / SHOP MANAGER
We get to know our customers, they come back time and time again. I’m part of the Lulay family and have a vested interest in the future of our company. Building and maintaining a great relationship with our customers is something that I take very seriously and look forward to doing so each day at Lulay’s. Our staff has always been eager to help customers and do whatever needs to be done to keep them happy.
When I am not working I enjoy simply hanging out at home with my wife, dog, and daughter. I also enjoy escaping to the great outdoors a couple times a year.
HEAD DETAILER/RECONDITIONING
I’ve been here for many years now and take pride in detailing and servicing each vehicle up to the Lulay standard. Attention to detail really sets us apart from others. I enjoy spending quality family time with my 3 children.
SHOP MANAGER
I started working for Lulay’s Car Connection several years ago and am very proud to be a part of a business with such a great reputation. I enjoy watching football and enjoy spending time with my fiancé, Jenny.
